Kaleidoscope
See your innovation from every angle
Up to 90% of innovation initiatives fail1 – due to bias, inconsistent testing, and missing structure. Kaleidoscope is an innovation-testing platform that transforms assumptions into visual, evidence-based insights – giving teams clear data-backed direction and shared confidence at every step.
Why early validation matters
Every year, countless promising healthcare innovations fail long before they reach patients. This isn’t down to a lack of great ideas – it’s because there’s no structured, early-stage validation process to highlight which concepts have the most potential. Kaleidoscope provides a systematic way to test, compare, and refine innovations before major investments are made.
Early innovation assessment
See your innovation potential – before you invest
Kaleidoscope combines structured evaluation models, expert input, and visual analytics. It uses a proven framework to assess concepts before major resources are committed. The result is clear, comparable insights that support objective and aligned decision-making.

What is Kaleidoscope?
Kaleidoscope is an online innovation testing platform that allows healthtech teams to quickly collect, analyze, and visualize multi-stakeholder feedback on early concepts. It uses the RWW (Real-Win-Worth) framework to interpret feedback and the Spikes™ methodology to visualize findings.
Kaleidoscope accelerated the testing and refinement of my pain management concept. By collecting expert feedback online, the early evaluation steps became significantly faster, more streamlined, and far more efficient to run.
